Strategic Plan

‘Wish List’ in terms of time frame:

If leasing: $4,000,000.00

  • Prefer to have a building by end of 2025
  • Prefer to have equipment & offices set up by mid 2026
  • Prefer to be staffed & operational by end of 2026

If owning: $10,000,000.00

  • Prefer to begin building by end of 2025
  • Completion of build by end of 2027
  • Installation of equipment & offices set up by mid 2027
  • Staffed & operational by end of 2027

Steps for how to achieve the goals in the strategic plan:

Financially:

  1. Grant or investor for minimum of $50,000.00 for a lease or $5,000,000.00 to build.
  2. Grant or investor for equipment minimum $700,000.00 (per proposed budget summary for $4M)
  3. Grant or investor for Office Set up, supplies, DEA licensing, department of health, and 1 year overhead minimum $300,000.00
  4. Grant or investor for one year of payroll & related expenses of $2,843,775.00

Strategically:

  1. Purchase insurance policies.
  2. Hire an architect/engineer and a contractor as funds are obtained for the building.
  3. Set up utility contracts.
  4. Contract with a medical supplier for equipment & supplies.
  5. Contract with Quickbooks or Peachtree.
  6. Hire a Human Resources Manager and determine recruiting & onboarding procedures.
  7. Hire a Healthcare Administrator and Assistant.
  8. Hire an IT Administrator and purchase IT equipment (computers, phones, etc).

Simultaneously set up facility, and purchase equipment & office supplies.

  • Contract with a Medical Office Software company.
  • Determine set fees for medical services.
  • Contract with healthcare insurance companies.
  • Contract with My Chart.
  • Contact the Department of Health for a permit.
  • Hire an Accountant.
  • Hire a Security Officer and contract with a security provider and/or supplier.
  • Hire a Public Relations Manager.
  • Hire a Caretaker (Janitorial).
  • Hire a Supply Agent & stock medical supplies.
  • Hire two Nurse Practitioners and either two Doctors or contract a Telehealth Practitioner service.
  • Process DEA licensing for prescription writing.
  • Hire at least two Registered Nurses.
  • Hire two Phlebotomist Techs and two Radiologist Techs.
  •  Hire four check-in Techs and two Check-out Techs.
